At Lansdowne Road we support people who have been diagnosed with a learning disability. We aim to provide a safe and homely environment, where all individuals can make their own choices about the support that they receive.
Our highly trained team at Lansdowne Road is able to provide 24 hour support for those who live at the service. All members of staff complete the relevant training required to better accommodate the needs of each individual.
To enable each person to make their own choices about the support that they receive, a person-centred plan is created for each individual with the assistance of a member of staff.
